MTechLab and Korea Lighting Sign Technology Cooperation MOU at CES 2026

MTechLab and Korea Lighting signed a memorandum of understanding at CES 2026 on January 9, 2026, creating a framework for dialogue and potential cooperation in digital innovation and technology adoption. Under the MOU, the companies may exchange relevant information, examine pilot tests or demonstrations, identify opportunities involving local stakeholders and explore broader market-entry and business-development activities. MTechLab contributes expertise in high-dielectric MRI pads and AI-based medical image analysis, while Korea Lighting works in light-based technology and brain-wellness applications. The agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Hyeon-Man Baek for MTechLab and Dongwoo Lee for Korea Lighting. It records mutual intent to explore opportunities and does not itself establish a distribution arrangement, financial commitment or exclusive relationship. Any specific project will be defined in a separate agreement.
