Collected: name and e-mail (required); company/institution, phone, country and preferred timeframe (optional); appointment type and your message.
Purpose: to answer your inquiry or meeting request and follow up with you about it.
Automated first reply (transfer abroad): when you submit, the content of your inquiry (message, selected products or topic, and country) is sent over an encrypted connection to Anthropic, PBC (USA), whose AI drafts an automated first reply. Your name, e-mail address and phone number are not sent to it.
E-mail delivery (transfer abroad): confirmation and reply e-mails, and the notification of your request to our team, are sent through Resend, Inc. (USA), which processes the details you submit for that purpose.
Retention: we keep your details for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time at contact@mtechlab.co.kr.
