FastSurfer is a software package used to extract anatomical and functional properties of the brain by analyzing brain MRI scan data based on artificial intelligence. FastSurfer can be used to measure various structural properties such as thickness, volume, and shape of white matter and gray matter in the brain. Below are the results published in an international journal using FastSurfer.
