Electroceuticals is a portmanteau of "Electronic" and "Pharmaceutical". It refers to medical devices that stimulate brain or nerve functions using energy such as electric currents or magnetic fields to achieve therapeutic effects.
These devices are used for treating brain disorders like depression and dementia, autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, and recently, their development has expanded to include cancer treatments.
