MTechLab and ARVIVA Therapeutics Sign Korea–U.S. Market Cooperation MOU

MTechLab and ARVIVA Therapeutics signed a memorandum of understanding at CES 2026 on January 9, 2026, to explore reciprocal market-entry opportunities between Korea and the United States. The MOU provides a framework for exchanging market and technical information, considering pilot tests or demonstrations, identifying local stakeholder opportunities and exploring general business-development activities. The intended direction is to support MTechLab’s consideration of the U.S. market and ARVIVA Therapeutics’ consideration of the Korean market. The agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Hyeon-Man Baek for MTechLab and Prof. Dr. Tao Sun for ARVIVA Therapeutics. It is non-exclusive and non-binding, and it does not create financial obligations. Any concrete technical, clinical or commercial program will require a separate written agreement.
